Abstract

Business process reengineering is a critical and important issue. The external environments of enterprises are constantly changing and lead to the inevitability of a corresponding change in the internal environment of enterprises. Business processes are located in the internal environment of enterprises and are the basis that must change to keep pace with emerging changes in the external environment of enterprises. While data mining techniques can provide supporting for business process re-engineering. In this paper, we will introduce advanced re-engineering business process model based on association mining techniques.
